Simman Solicitors, a reputed law firm are currently seeking a Paralegal/ Compliance Officer for
their office in South Croydon, UK based.
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in legal field.
- Law Degree is an advantage.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in working on advisory assignments and managing litigation.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage numerous clienteles simultaneously; and
- Well-organized with the ability to manage numerous clienteles simultaneously; and
- Knowledge of UK immigration is an advantage.
Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- collate information, drafts briefs and other documents
- interviews and advises clients, undertakes preparatory work for cases.
- assists in all aspects of immigration and common law practice
- Conduct legal reviews and work in consultation with the firm’s representatives to provide solution-oriented practical advice clients.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws across all aspects of firm’s operations in the region.
- Work closely with various legal and business team members
Additional information:
- Starting salary : £ 25,600
- Contract length : Permanent
- Hours of work : 39 hours per week
- Start date : 14th November 2022
