Beejal joined the firm as a qualified solicitor in September 2004. With 15+ PQE years as a solicitor, she is an experienced immigration and family law specialist, practising in all areas of immigration and private family law.

Beejal studied at the University of Buckingham and at then the LPC at the College of Law in London, qualifying in 2003. Beejal works closely with other professionals to support her clients moving forward and provides straight forward, practical and jargon free advice.

Beejal maintains a wealth of experience on all areas of visas and immigration and Asylum law including visiting and studying in the UK, Business law, Human Rights, Judicial Reviews, Appeals, Naturalisation, Bails and advising EU citizens under the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) following Brexit.

Beejal is also a trained family mediator with the National Family Mediation and is currently working towards accreditation hence recognises the need for and importance of reaching mutually satisfactory settlements between parties.

Beejal’s advises on many areas of family law and is committed to achieving the best outcome for her clients possible, whether that is through the court process or through mediation. She has experience in divorce, finance and private children matters. Her clients value her sympathetic and strategic yet robust approach in difficult circumstances, her extraordinary tenacity, her clear advice and a focus on the client’s long-term objectives.

When not at work, Beejal enjoys sports, going to the theatre and most of all enjoys spending time with her family.
